Nominate land or property

Use this service if you’re an individual or community group and you want to nominate a building or land to be included in our list of assets of community value. The building or land should be being used for the social wellbeing, cultural, recreational or sporting interests of the local community.

You can nominate a community asset online. You’ll need:

• the number of members who belong to the group
• an email address

What happens next

Once we’ve received your nomination, we’ll consider it. If your nomination is successful, we’ll:

• tell you
• include it in our list of assets of community value, which is published online
