Curryholics' Application for a Premises Licence

This consultation closes on Wednesday 16 June, 2021.

Curryholics have made an application for a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003.

If the licence is granted, it will allow the performance of dance, live and recorded music and the supply of alcohol between 11am and 11pm, Monday to Sunday.

If you want to comment on Currycholics' premises licence application, email licensing@swale.gov.uk. You'll need to respond by Wednesday 16 June, 2021.

If you object to the application it must be on the grounds of the licensing objectives which are:

  • prevention of crime and disorder
  • protection of public safety
  • prevention of public nuisance
  • protection of children from harm
