Health and Wellbeing Plan

This consultation closes on Wednesday 10 February, 2021.

We're asking for your views on our health and wellbeing plan (PDF 7.6MB), which aims to address health inequalities across Swale.

The plan will work alongside Kent County Council's overall public health plans to help improve the health and wellbeing of the most vulnerable residents in Swale. It will tackle issues like family health, healthy lifestyles and mental health.
