Pavement Licence Application - Annette's Baguettes

This consultation closes on Friday 14 May, 2021.

Annette's Baguettes have made an application for a pavement licence under the Business and Planning Act 2020.

If the licence is granted, it will allow Annette's Baguettes to put 16 tables and 32 chairs on the pavement outside their premises between:

  • 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday
  • 8:30am and 6pm, Saturday
  • 10am and 4pm, Sunday

If you want to comment on this licence application, email licensing@swale.gov.uk. You'll need to respond by Friday 14 May, 2021.

If you object to the application it must be on the grounds of the licensing objectives which are:

  • prevention of crime and disorder
  • protection of public safety
  • prevention of public nuisance
  • protection of children from harm
