Premises Licence Variation: Shell Queenborough
This consultation closes on Sunday 18 June, 2023.
Shell Queenborough have made an application for a full variation of their premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003.
If the variation is accepted, they will:
- update the internal layout plan attached to the existing premises licence
- remove all existing conditions on the current premises licence and replace them with up to date conditions proportionate with the operating policies of the existing premises licence holder
