From 19 July 2021, England has moved to Step 4 of the roadmap. Everyone should remain cautious whilst managing the risks of COVID 19. Find out what you should do to protect yourself and others.

Self-isolation

If you are on a low income, you may be entitled to a one-off payment of £500 through the NHS Test and Trace Support Payment scheme if you are required to stay at home and self-isolate.

Supermarkets

Many supermarkets are providing delivery services, visit your local supermarket website for more information.

Food banks

If you are unable to afford food, you may be able to get help through a local food bank or make an application to Kent Support and Assistance Scheme.

Accessing medication

If you are unable to collect your own medication, please contact your local pharmacy to arrange a delivery.

Alternatively, NHS First Responders may be able to support you. For more information, you can call 0808 196 3646 between 8am and 8pm, 7 days a week.

Financial support

If you're experiencing financial or debt problems, you can visit the Citizens Advice website for more information.
