Changes to Council Tax Reminders

From July 2020 if you miss a Council Tax instalment we may now contact you by phone, text message or email to reminder you that your Council Tax payment is due before we send a reminder by post.

Any phone calls or text messages will be from our recovery phone number 01795 417535 and emails will be sent from a swale.gov.uk email address.

If you receive a call or a message from us you can make a payment through our automated payment line or you can pay online.
