Office opening times

As of Tuesday 24 March, we've taken the decision to close our offices at Swale House and Faversham. Kent County Council took the decision to close Sheppey Gateway to the public from Monday, 23 March.

If you need to send us information or supporting documents, includingthings like invoices, planning information, benefit claim applicaitons or to tell us about a change in your circumstances, we recommend that you email us instead of posting them. You can email things like:

Access requests and freedom of information

Your requests are important to us however you may experience a delay in our response to freedom of information requests (FOIs), environmental information regulation requests (EIRs) and subject access requests (SARs).

Your right of access still stands and we’ll make every effort to comply with the statutory timescales.

Our Information Governance Team will continue to carefully monitor guidance form the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), will inform requestors of any delays and respond as soon as possible.
