We are very sorry to all those affected by delays to waste, recycling and garden collections as the crews get used to new routes and vehicles. We are working with Suez to improve the situation, and we’re providing updates with latest information.

Report graffiti

Use this service to report graffiti on public land, including offensive material.

You'll need to contact the landowner instead if the graffiti is on:

  • private or residential houses
  • office buildings
  • privately owned walls or fences
  • garages
  • commercial buildings or land
  • private land
  • telecommunications boxes

Before you get started

To report graffiti you'll need to tell us:

  • the location of the graffiti
  • whether the graffiti's offensive
  • what the graffiti is on

What happens next

Once we've received your report, we'll investigate the graffiti.

If you've reported a property that's currently empty, our environmental response team will investigate it. If we can confirm that the property is empty, we'll try to contact the owner, and ask them to remove the graffiti.

We usually remove graffiti within 10 working days. If the graffiti is considered offensive, we will prioritise it and remove it sooner.
