Ask us to review a Premises Licence
You can ask us to review a premises licence if you think it’s breaching the licensing objectives.
You’ll need to email our Licensing team at licensing@swale.gov.uk to ask us to review a premises licence. You’ll need to include:
- the name and address of the premises
- a description of the activities you think are breaching the licensing objectives
What happens next
If your request is:
- successful, we may modify the licence, including removing certain activities, the sale of alcohol or suspend the licence for up to three months
- unsuccessful, we’ll notify you
Your application will be determined by our Licensing team.
