Report an Abandoned Horse
You should:
- call the police on 999 in an emergency
- contact the RSPCA if the horse is in distress or suffering
Alternatively, you can call Kent County Council’s East Kent Office on:
- 03000 412020 during office hours
- 03000 414141 outside office hours or if the horse is in the road
