Bialy Orzel's application to vary a premises licence

This consultation closes on Wednesday 23 December, 2020.

Under the Licensing Act 2003 you, or any of the 'responsible authorities', including licensing, police, fire services and environmental health, are entitled to make a representation in opposition to, or in support of, this application.

Bialy Orzel are proposing to make changes to their premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003. They're proposing to remove condition five of the existing premises licence which states that no beers, lager or cider should be sold with an alcohol by volume (ABV) value about 5.5%.
