Island Fish Bar's application for a pavement licence

This consultation closes on Wednesday 21 October, 2020.

Under the Business and Planning Act 2020 you and environmental health, are entitled to make a representation in opposition to, or in support of, this application.

The Island Fish Bar have applied for a pavement licence under the Business and Planning Act 2020. The application will allow them to put 3 tables and 15 chairs outside their premises between:

  • 7am and 11pm, Monday to Saturday
  • 9am and 10pm, Sunday
