Morrisons application to vary their premises licence

This consultation closes on Friday 30 October, 2020.

Under the Licensing Act 2003 you, or any of the 'responsible authorities', including licensing, police, fire services and environmental health, are entitled to make a representation in opposition to, or in support of, this application.

Morrisons are proposing to make changes to their premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003. Their proposal means they would:

  • change the times that they sell alcohol by retail from between 06:00 hours and 00:00 hours to between 00:00 hours and 24:00 hours, Monday to Sunday inclusive
  • permit late night refreshment between 23:00 hours and 05:00 hours, Monday to Sunday inclusive
