Premises Licence: Holm Park Sports and Recreational Ground
This consultation closes on Thursday 29 May.
Holm Park Sports and Recreational Ground has made an application under the Licensing Act 2020 for a premises licence.
If their application is successful, Holm Park Sports and Recreational Ground will provide the following licensable activities:
- provision of indoor sporting events
- provision of boxing or wrestling entertainments (indoors)
- provision of live music (both indoor and outdoors)
- provision of recorded music (both indoors and outdoors)
- late night refreshment (both indoors and outdoors)
- sale of alcohol both on and off the premises
The premises is a sporting facility with a main stadium, a clubhouse with hall and boardroom and additional surrounding buildings for hosting events, competitions, weddings, festivals etc.
Provision of indoor sporting events
If their application is successful, this will take place between 12 (midday) and 11pm, Monday to Sunday.
Provision of boxing or wresting entertainments (indoors)
If their application is successful, this will take place between:
- 12 (midday) and 11pm, Monday
- 7pm and 11pm, Friday
- 12 (midday) and 11pm, Saturday
- 12 (midday) and 9pm, Sunday
Provision of live music (both indoors & outdoors)
If their application is successful, this will take place between:
- 12 (midday) and 11pm, Monday to Saturday
- 12 (midday) and 9pm on Sunday
- 12 (midday) and 11.30pm, Bank Holidays, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve
Provision of recorded music (both indoors & outdoors)
If their application is successful, this will take place between:
- 12 (midday) and 11.30pm, Monday to Thursday
- 12 (midday) and 1am, Friday
- 10am and 1am, Saturday
- 10am and 10.59pm Sunday
- 12 (midday) and 1.30am, Bank Holidays, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve
Additionally up to two hours before and after any England match, as well as European and World Cup final games that fall outside the specified hours.
Late night refreshment (both indoors & outdoors)
If their application is successful, this will take place between:
- 11pm and 11.59pm, Monday to Thursday
- 11pm and 1am, Friday and Saturday
- 11pm and 11.59pm, Sundays
- 11pm and 2am, Bank Holidays, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve
Additionally during England games, European games, and World Cup games that fall outside the specified hours.
Sale of alcohol both on and off the premises
If their application is successful, this will take place between:
- 10am and 11.30pm, Sunday to Wednesday
- 10am and 11.59pm, Thursday
- 10am and 1am Saturday
- 10am and 2am, Bank Holidays, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve
Additionally two hours before and after any England match, as well as European and World Cup final games that fall outside the specified hours
