Shell's application to vary a premises licence

This consultation closes on Friday 2 October, 2020.

Under the Licensing Act 2003 you, or any of the 'responsible authorities', including licensing, police, fire services and environmental health, are entitled to make a representation in opposition to, or in support of, this application.

Shell are proposing to make changes to their premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003. They're proposing to change the internal layout of the premises and change the plan attached to their premises licence.

Making a representation

You can comment on this application if you believe that one or more of the following licensing objectives wouldn't be promoted:

  • crime and disorder
  • public safety
  • public nuisance
  • protection of children from harm
