The formal consultation process for our latest Traffic Regulation Order, Swale Amendment 50 2023, ran from Friday 10 November, 2023 to midday on Friday 1 December, 2023, and these documents are for the Made Order.
The Order was originally advertised as “THE KENT COUNTY COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS, BOROUGH OF SWALE) (WAITING RESTRICTIONS AND STREET PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT No.50) ORDER 2023” but due to the new Consolidation Order for Swale it has been renumbered Amendment No.1 2024.
These documents are in relation to a Traffic Regulation Order which has previously been through the formal consultation process, and as such the documents published are for information only.
The Made Order will be available as a hard copy at our Sittingbourne office, Swale House.
