Donated by Miss Elizabeth Ledger for the protection of rail passengers during WWII.Visible from station alley.The construction is a relatively unusual double shelter. Miss Ledger was part of the family that has farmed at Wormdale for more than 150 years.

This shelter is the only one remaining of three that were constructed in the village in WWII
