Work on a tree
Work on a tree
You may need planning consent before you can work on a tree in Swale.
To apply for consent, you’ll need to download and complete a form (PDF 301kb).
Once you’ve completed the form, you’ll need to email it to our Planning team at planning@swale.gov.uk. You’ll need to include:
- the location of the tree
- a description of the work you want to carry out
What happens next
Once we’ve received your complete form, we’ll tell you whether you can work on the tree within eight weeks.
