Full Variation: Belmont House and Gardens
This consultation closes on Tuesday 27 October.
Belmont House and Gardens has made an application under the Licensing Act 2003 to change their existing premises licence.
If their application is successful, Belmont House and Gardens will:
- extend the area for licensable activities to include additional areas of the park
- add the following licensable activities: performance of dance, performance of plays and performance of film, provision of facilities for dancing to the licence between 10am and midnight everyday
- increase the hours for live and recorded music and the sale of alcohol from the current terminal hour of 10pm, to midnight everyday
- amend condition 12 of the premises licence to allow children under 16 on the premises after 8pm when accompanied by an adult
- remove condition 13 of the premises licence that requires all paid staff and unpaid staff to receive training on the premises safeguarding policy
