Pavement Licence: Leo Lounge
This consultation closes on Friday 31 July.
Leo Lounge have made an application under the Business and Planning Act 2020 as amended by the Levelling-up and Regeneration Act 2023, for a pavement licence.
If their application is successful, Leo Lounge will put:
- 4 tables and 12 chairs on the public highway between the hours of 10am and 4pm, when Faversham Market is operating
- 8 tables and 32 chairs may be placed on the public highway between 9am and 11pm, at all other times when Faversham Market is not operating
