Pavement Licence: The Bank

This consultation closes on Friday 13 February.

The Bank have made application under the Business and Planning Act 2020 for a new pavement licence.

If their application is successful, The Bank will put tables and chairs on the public highway between the hours of:

  • 14 tables and 42 seats between 12 midday and 4pm, Monday to Sunday
  • 7 tables and14 seats between the hours of 4pm and 11pm, Monday and Saturday, and 4pm and 10.30pm, Sunday
