Premises Licence Full Variation: The Market Inn
This consultation closes on Tuesday 19 August.
The Market Inn have made an application for a full variation under the Licensing Act 2003.
If their application is successful, The Market Inn will extend the licenced area to include the outdoor garden and patio, including the use when required of a non-permanent outside bar.
The licensable activities and hours remain as for the current licence.
The proposal for the sale of alcohol in the outside area is sale of alcohol (on the premises), Monday to Sunday, 10am to 10:30pm.
