KFC has made an application under the Licensing Act 2020 for a premises licence.

If their application is successful, KFC will:

  • provide late night refreshment (for consumption both on and off the premises)
  • open between 9.30am and 5am, Monday to Sunday

Provision of late night refreshment

If their application if successful, KFC will provide late night refreshment for consumption on and off the premises, between:

  • 11pm and 5am, Sunday to Saturday
  • 11pm and midnight, to customers collecting or dining in (restaurant)
  • midnight and 5am, to drive through and delivery collection
