Premises Licence Minor Variation: Shell Lychgate

This consultation closes on Thursday 23 January.

Shell Lychgate have made an application for a minor variation under the Licensing Act 2003.

If their application is successful, Shell Lychgate will add two new conditions to the Premises Licence:

  1. any third party delivery partner delivering on behalf of the Premises Licence Holder to comply with all legal requirements pertaining to the retail sale of alcohol in particular to operate a Challenge 25 verification policy
  2. the PLH will require all 3rd party delivery partners to not deliver to schools, parks or playgrounds

They will also update the plan attached to the premises licence.
