Crisis and Resilience Fund (CRF)

Funded by UK Government

Applications for these funding opportunities close at midnight on Tuesday 23 June, 2026.

The Crisis and Resilience Fund (CRF) is a new scheme, funded by the UK government to support:

  • low-income households who encounter a financial shock
  • activity that builds financial resilience

The Crisis and Resilience Fund is a new way for the Voluntary, Community, Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector to be involved in supporting residents to enable households to better manage future financial shocks and reduce the need for crisis support.

We've developed a number of grant opportunities evidenced from the delivery and outcomes of the Household Support Fund (HSF) and in line with the Empowering You in Swale Strategy.

Grant Opportunities

The following grant opportunities are available to organisations based in Swale:

Who can apply

Grant opportunities are open to voluntary, community and enterprise organisations based within the Swale District that can demonstrate a project proposal aligned with the Crisis and Resilience Fund criteria outlined within the four grant programmes.

Organisations may submit applications for more than one grant opportunity. However, projects that demonstrate collaboration and innovation will be viewed more favourably during the assessment process.
