Houses in Multiple Occupation Supplementary Planning Document (2026)
Following a public consultation in April 2026, the Council adopted the Houses in Multiple Occupation Supplementary Planning Document (PDF 3.62MB) (HMO SPD) at the Council Meeting on 23rd June 2026.
The HMO SPD provides guidance as to how the Council will approach applications for HMOs and how this relates to the existing adopted development plan policies.
