The Sittingbourne Town Centre Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) will shape and guide regeneration and heritage in the town centre over the next 10 to 15 years.
The Sittingbourne Town Centre SPD forms part of the Development Plan and will shape how the council considers new development proposals, outlining what developers and landowners need to include in planning applications.
The Sittingbourne Town Centre SPD is a material consideration in the determination of planning applications.
