The Parking Standards Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) provides a response to parking issues relating to new developments across Swale.
The Parking Standards SPD includes local standards which considers the type, use, design and location of the development and the principles of sustainable development and transport.
The Parking Standards SPD is a material consideration in the determination of planning applications.
