Tell us about a change
Use this service if you’ve changed your name or address and you’re a:
- premises licence holder
- designated premises supervisor (DPS)
If you’re the DPS, you must tell the licence holder that you’ve changed your name or address.
If you don’t tell us you’ve changed your name or address, you could receive a fine.
You’ll need to write to our Licensing team to tell us you’ve changed your name or address. You should write to:

- East Street
- Sittingbourne
- Kent
- ME10 3HT
You’ll need to include a copy of your premises licence or a statement saying why you can’t produce it.
