Ask us to review a Club Premises Certificate

You can ask us to review a club premises certificate if you think it’s breaching the licensing objectives.

You’ll need to email our Licensing team at licensing@swale.gov.uk to ask us to review a club premises certificate. You’ll need to include:

  • the name and address of the premises
  • a description of the activities you think are breaching the licensing objectives

What happens next

If your request is:

  • successful, we may modify the certificate, including removing certain activities, the sale of alcohol or suspend the licence for up to three months
  • unsuccessful, we’ll notify you

Your application will be determined by our Licensing team.
