Family Entertainment Centres
Apply and pay
Use this service if you’ve already successfully applied for an operating licence from the Gambling Commission.
To apply for a family entertainment centre premises licence, you’ll need to:
- download, complete and return a form (PDF 209kb)
- pay £2,000 online
Once you’ve completed your form, email it to our Licensing team at licensing@swale.gov.uk.
What happens next
Once we’ve received your application for a family entertainment centre premises licence, we’ll run a public consultation.
You may need to publish a notice, stating your intention to apply for a licence.
If your application is:
- successful, we’ll send you your licence, together with any conditions we set
- unsuccessful, we’ll write to you to let you know
