Appeal a Decision to Refuse or Revoke a Driver or Vehicle Licence
You can appeal a decision to refuse or revoke a:
- dual drivers or private hire licence
- hackney carriage of private hire vehicle licence
You must appeal within 28 days of receiving our decision.
You’ll need to appeal to a Magistrates’ Court. You can find your nearest one on GOV.UK.
