Medical Examinations for Taxi and Private Hire Drivers in Swale
You'll need a medical examination every:
- 3 years if you're under 65
- year if you're 65 or over
You'll need to make an appointment with your GP (or a medical practitioner who has access to your medical records) for your medical exam. You'll need to bring a passport sized photo with you to your appointment.
Your GP may charge you for your appointment.
You and your GP will need to complete the Group II Medical Report Form (PDF 303KB).
