Repay a Prevention Loan
Use this service if you’ve received a loan from us to pay towards upfront costs for finding you accommodation, including rent in advance or a deposit.
Make a payment
You can pay your loan online. You’ll need:
- your phone number
- an email address
- your address, including postcode
- a credit or debit card
Refer to your prevention loan agreement for the amount you’ll need to pay.

What happens next
Once we’ve received your payment for your accommodation loan, we’ll email you a receipt.
