You can get help with Council services, like benefits and housing, as well as a wide range of public, voluntary and community services like Kent Adult Education, services that help individuals develop new skills through learning. Sheppey Gateway also includes a library, operated by Kent County Council.

To access Council services like benefits and housing, you'll need an appointment.

The Sheppey Gateway is open between:

  • 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
  • 9am to 4pm Saturday

Sheppey Gateway is closed on a Sunday.

Certain services, including housing and benefits may have different opening times.
