Contaminated Land Strategy
The Contaminated Land Strategy links in with other Council initiatives which fall within the Corporate Plan, notably Ambitions for Swale, Swale's Sustainable Community Strategy and Bearing Fruits 2031: The Swale Borough Local Plan.
The strategy was rewritten in 2010 following its first publication in 2001. It is now being reviewed in response to changing legislation, guidance and budget restrictions.
