Statement of Licensing Policy
We're the Licensing Authority for the Swale area under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 (the Act). This is the Statement of Licensing Policy as determined by the Council in respect of its licensing functions under the Licensing Act 2003.
This document sets out the position and view of the Licensing Authority in respect of matters in connection with the discharge of its licensing function including the administration of licensing applications, compliance with licensing conditions and enforcement when necessary.
