Tell us you're going to work on a protected hedgerow
Use this service to tell us if you're going to carry out work on a protected hedgerow.
If you carry out work without permission, you could receive a fine.
To tell us you're going to carry out work on a hedgerow, email our Planning team at planningsupport@midkent.gov.uk. You'll need to include:
- the location of the hedgerow
- a description of the work you're going to carry out
What happens next
Once you've told us you're going to carry out work on a hedgerow, we'll investigate your request and reply to you as soon as possible.
