Sittingbourne Town Centre regeneration
Sittingbourne is undergoing an exciting regeneration project including the development of a cinema, retail space and restaurants with the creation of 700 new jobs.
The developer will create a mixed-use scheme including a cultural quarter with a multi-screen cinema.
As part of the regeneration project, St Michael's Road is also being re-configured to incorporate a new multi-storey car park together with substantial works carried out to the surrounding highways and public realm to improve pedestrian access.
