Nominate land or property
Use this service if you’re an individual or community group and you want to nominate a building or land to be included in our list of assets of community value. The building or land should be being used for the social wellbeing, cultural, recreational or sporting interests of the local community.
You can nominate a community asset online. You’ll need:
- details of the nominating group, including the number of members and their details, it it's not incorporated
- the title deed details, including the boundary of the site outlined
- an email address
What happens next
Once we’ve received your nomination and any supporting information, we’ll consider it. If your nomination is successful, we’ll:
- tell you
- include it in our list of assets of community value, which is published online
