Due to an exceptionally high demand for food waste bins, delivery of these bins may be delayed. Our contractor is working on delivering these as soon as possible. Please note other bin requests are not affected. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience.
Statement of Licensing Policy
The Licensing Act 2003 controls the sale of alcohol, regulated entertainment, and late-night refreshment.
We're required to prepare and publish a statement of its licensing policy at least every five years. The existing policy will expire on 31 March, 2026.
We are now seeking your views on the Draft Statement of Licensing Policy 2025 - 2030 (PDF 715KB). The draft policy includes some amendments. For that purpose the Statement of Licensing Policy Consultation document (PDF 117KB) summarises the proposed changes.
We would welcome your feedback on the draft policy.
The regular review and adoption of The Statement of Licensing Policy is essential in ensuring that our policies and procedures are up to date and effective in ensuring a safe and regulated environment for users of licensed premises.
