The 2025 Climate and Ecological Emergency Action Plan is structured around seven key focus areas, through which we will work collaboratively to deliver a net-zero Council and Borough. The challenges in achieving this remain significant, but we are confident that doing so presents opportunity for a positive transformation of Swale.
