Commissioning and Procurement Policy

This commissioning and procurement policy aims to set a clear framework for commissioning and procurement which reflects the council’s Corporate Plan 2020 – 2023 and its priorities.

The new policy puts further focus on the commissioning stages and stands alongside contract standing orders contained within the council’s constitution.
