Statement of Intent Energy Company Obligation (ECO) - Help to Heat

This Statement of Intent (SOI) sets out how Swale Borough Council intend to identify households who could be eligible for government’s ECO: Help to Heat funding, in accordance with guidelines from the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS). This Scheme is part of the government's Affordable Warmth programme.
