Voluntary and Community Sector Policy
Covering the relationship between us and a Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) organisation where we provide premises to a VCS organisation.
This policy provides a series of guiding principles for letting commercial council property to a VCS organisation, with the general principle to be to lease at the current market value unless the organisation meet qualifying criteria for a concession.
We are consulted with our residents on this VCS Lettings Policy in May 2013 and have taken their views into account.
