Candidate nomination packs for by-election are available from the Electoral Commission's website.
The deadline for submitting nominations is 4pm on Wednesday 6 November 2024. Nominations must be submitted by hand and a prior appointment should be arranged by contacting elections@swale.gov.uk or phoning 01795-417558.
