From the week beginning 16 September, some people may have changes to the day their bins are collected. For more information, read our news article.
Report a missed bin
There have been some delays to number of waste, recycling and garden collections as we move to a new contractor, and we apologise to anyone affected by these delays.
If your recycling, general waste, food waste or garden waste has been missed, please report it here.
Use this service to report a missed household waste collection of your green, blue and food waste bins.
You can also use this service if you've subscribed to garden waste collections and we've missed your brown bin.
You won’t be able to report a missed collection if:
- it’s been more than two working days since your collection day
- you, or someone else, has already reported it
- the crew are still out completing the round
- it wasn’t out when the crew came to collect it
- there were items in the wrong bin, or there were items we don’t collect
- the crew couldn’t get access, after trying three times
Before you get started
To report a missed collection, you'll need the address and postcode of the property that was missed.
What happens next
Once you've reported a missed bin you’ll get a reference number in case you need to contact us and we’ll try to pick up the missed collection as soon as we can.
