Tell us about a problem with your collection

Use this service to tell us about a problem with your last bin collection where:

  • your bins weren't put back in the right place
  • the crew spilt waste and haven't cleared it up

Before you get started

You can tell us about a problem with your collection online. You'll need the address and postcode of the property that we collected from.

What happens next

Once you've told us about a problem with your collection, we'll:

  • send a notification to our contracts monitoring team if your bin hasn't been put back in the right place
  • clear up spillages within 24 hours of receiving your report

If your bins continue to be left in the wrong place we'll notify our contractor, and our contracts monitoring team so they can monitor the situation.
