Request a deep clean
Use this service if your street is littered and your road is highly trafficked.
Before you get started
To request a deep clean, you’ll need to email our environmental projects officer at environmentalprojects@swale.gov.uk. You’ll need to include:
- the name of the road
- to tell us if the road is in a permit area, if you know

What happens next
Once you’ve requested a deep clean, we’ll:
- arrange a litter pick of your street
- keep you updated
- inspect your street and may add it to our next deep clean schedule
